2017.07 Lemmy GmbH was founded in Erftstadt, south of Cologne, Germany.  Lemmy started with logistics and warehousing busines.

2018.09 Lemmy started trading business and explore e-commerce business.

2019.11 Lemmy set up China sourcing office to support purchasing.

2020.04-05 Lemmy acted very fast in sourcing from China to import Anti-epidemic supplies to support German local companies and government to fight against Covid.

2022.08 LeMax Logistics GmbH founded by Lemmy.

2022.11 Factoryshop GmbH was founded by Lemmy with two other German partners, Gilde and MiTou.

2022.12 Kamäleon Eco Energy GmbH was founded by Lemmy.

2023.05 Cofoundersoffice GmbH was founded by Lemmy and partner.
